Microneedling Technology, Explained
This advanced form of aesthetic treatment uses thin (micro) needles and radio frequency (RF) energy to lightly penetrate the top layer of skin to promote collagen production and tightening. This is a non-surgical method that takes approximately 45-60 minutes, depending on the areas being targeted and the goals you’re looking to achieve. Nerve block injections will likely be applied by your aesthetician prior to the procedure to minimize discomfort. If deemed necessary, a topical numbing cream may also be prescribed.
Because of the non-invasive nature of Agnes Precision RF treatments, recovery time is extremely minimal. You should be feeling back to normal after 48 hours, although certain areas (such as the lower areas) may experience prolonged swelling and/or bruising. Side effects should also be minimal, but may include redness, tenderness, or slight discomfort that should disappear after a few days.
